1. Services

StataLyze provides customized data analysis, dashboards, visual reports, and strategic insights for small and medium-sized businesses.
The scope of each project is defined in the selected package or a custom agreement. Additional work outside the agreed scope may incur extra charges.

2. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete data.

• Confirm that they have the legal right to share any data submitted.

• Respond to requests and provide feedback in a timely manner to ensure project flow.

3. Data Confidentiality

All client data is handled with strict confidentiality and will not be shared with third parties.
We may, with permission, use anonymized visuals or outcomes for portfolio or promotional purposes.
Data is stored securely and only for the duration of the collaboration unless otherwise agreed.

4. Payment Terms

All prices are exclusive of VAT unless otherwise stated.
Invoices must be paid within 14 days of receipt. Delays in payment may result in paused or cancelled services.

5. Cancellation & Rescheduling

Sessions or projects can be cancelled or rescheduled up to 48 hours in advance.
Late cancellations may result in partial fees, depending on preparation already completed.

6. Liability Disclaimer

StataLyze provides analysis and insights based on the data received.
We are not responsible for business outcomes, decisions, or losses resulting from the use of our services.
All insights should be considered advisory.

7. Intellectual Property

Final deliverables (dashboards, reports, presentations) are the property of the client.
However, templates, tools, and methods developed by StataLyze remain our intellectual property unless otherwise agreed.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to revise these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.
Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on this website, so remember to check back in before you choose a package, as the latest set will apply.
